Raising Disciple-Makers in Kenya’s Churches
Across Kenya, many pastors and church leaders are hungry for more than Sunday sermons—they want to grow disciples who reflect Christ in daily life. Through WDA Kenya’s Leadership Institute, we equip leaders using Jesus’ model from the Sermon on the Mount, with life-on-life training in small, supportive cohorts. These cohorts emphasize relationships, spiritual accountability, and progressive development through WDA’s five-phase growth plan. As churches adopt this process, we see not just growth in numbers, but in spiritual depth, character, and multiplication. Church leaders become disciple-makers, and their ministries shift from being event-driven to people-focused.
