Across Kenya, many pastors and church leaders are hungry for more than Sunday sermons; they want to grow disciples who reflect Christ in daily life. Through WDA Kenya’s Leadership Institute, we equip leaders using Jesus’ model from the Sermon on the Mount, with life-on-life training in small, supportive cohorts. These cohorts emphasize relationships, spiritual accountability, and progressive development through WDA’s five-phase growth plan.
As churches adopt this process, we see not just growth in numbers, but in spiritual depth, character, and multiplication. Church leaders become disciple-makers, and their ministries shift from being event-driven to people-focused.
